Baldivis North Primary School Update

August 1, 2019

The new Baldivis North Primary School will be open in February 2020. It will open with classes from Kindy to Year 6 and caters for up to 430 students.

The working name of the school is currently Baldivis North Primary School. However, it is expected to be officially named and branded by end of September 2019.

Building Progress

Building works are progressing well. Many of the building are near completion and approaching lock-up stage.  Final completion and handover to The Department of Education is expected by December 2019.

The school will sit within a beautiful environment.  Significant thought has been given to ensuring it is surrounded by plenty of trees and greenery.

Baldivis North Primary School Facilities

Included at the new Primary School are some state-of-the-art facilities:

  • a new sports oval – 118 x 84m
  • hard courts
  • contemporary music facilities
  • cutting edge art facilities
  • classrooms for kindy to Year 6.

The school will be located between Key Avenue and Pedicel Avenue in Baldivis.

Possible New Child Care Facility

A new child care facility is currently planned directly adjoining the school.  However, this is still subject to planning approvals.

There’s a huge variety of lots where you can walk your kids to school.

  • Release 2 – Low maintenance cottage lots available directly opposite the school.
  • Release 3 – Traditional family lots around 450m2, very close to the school.
  • Release 4 – 375 to 450m2 lots where you can walk to the school.
