HomeBuilder Grant Extension

The Federal Government have just announced an extension of the HomeBuilder Grant. If you sign a new build contract between 1 Jan 2021 and 31 March 2021, you may qualify for the (reduced) $15,000 HomeBuilder grant.
In further good news, you also have six months from the date your contract is signed to start construction and get your slab down. This extension of the original three month timeline was announced during November 2020.
More Builders
Many builders had shut their door for contracts needing to be signed by Dec 31 2020. This new announcement means that several builders who had closed off new orders are now signing contracts for this extended grant period.
