New Baldivis Land Release – Live Opposite The Park

We’ve just released 10 new lots at The Edge Baldivis, conveniently positioned between a new park and the Primary School.  Many of these blocks overlook the park so you have the equivalent of a massive front yard without having to look after it!

Imagine how easy life would be to just pop across the road for an evening walk, to exercise the dog, to enjoy an impromptu picnic on the grass, or just lie down in the afternoon and read a book.  Your view is green and beautiful and if you have kids, they can walk or ride to school.

The new lots range in size from 304m2 to 615m2, with plenty of blocks 450m2 and bigger.  Our release also includes unencumbered lots, with no BAL or noise attenuation.  This means lower build costs for you.  Our soil is also classified as Class A, which helps to reduce your site works cost.

This release is part of the final stage of The Edge Baldivis private estate.  It’s conveniently located right between a new park and Sheoak Grove Primary School and the sports oval.
